Rooms & Facilities 

TOKI has 2 dormitory-type of rooms and 1 private double bed room. Showers and bathrooms are in the communal area for all the guests to share.

Important reminders

  • Check-in time is 16:00-22:00, check-out time is 10:00. *You can leave your luggage even before check-in time.

  • The front desk is open only between 8:00~10:00 / 16:00~22:00. The main lights in the lounge will be turned off at 22:00. *You can come in / go out at anytime for 24H with passcode provided upon the check-in.

  • Please make the bed yourself during your stay.

  • Starting from April 1 2020, Fukuoka city accommodation tax will be charged for all stays in Fukuoka city. It is NOT included with room rate and this【Accommodation tax = JPY200 per person per night】will be collected separately at the property upon the check-in. This is a private room with double bed. The bed is made by Japanese TATAMI good for two persons, there are reading lamp, electrical outlet, small safebox, mirror, hangers, refrigerator, vanity and air condition. *It is located next to the common living space. We will make every effort to make our guests feel comfortable, but we ask that you be able to acknowledge those who are sensitive to sound beforehand.
